We ship within Canada and the United States.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All in Canada orders are processed within 3 business days. Weekends and holidays excluded.
Shipments will be sent out Monday through Friday via Canada Post or Purolator. Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or if the company is experiencing a high volume of orders.

Damages
Amadeus Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund & Returns Policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
Refunds do not apply for the following goods:

We accept refunds for goods that are sold on our site for the following reason:
To start the return process, contact Amadeus Music to see if the item qualifies for return/refund. If the item qualifies, package product in original packaging with return label addressed to Amadeus Music, take the package to the nearest shipping supplier and pay the necessary shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Refunds of goods will be processed once the item has been received by Amadeus Music.
